Terms of service

Tamipsa is provided by IMAGINIF LTD. Applicable law, dispute arrangements and support contacts require review before publication.

Tamipsa provides a self-service property welcome app. Owners are responsible for content, prices, rights to uploaded materials and fulfilling guest requests. A WhatsApp request is not a confirmed booking. Tamipsa does not collect guest service payments or take service commissions.

New properties receive 20 days of trial and 10 additional days of grace. Stripe payments are coming soon; no card information is collected. Access pauses after expiry unless an operator explicitly extends it. Published pricing describes the planned subscription.

Owners may export their content and original files. Content is retained for three months after access ends. A deletion warning must be successfully sent at least two weeks before deletion. No revenue increase, uninterrupted availability or response time is guaranteed. Owners should retain copies of critical material.
